Refund policy

PLAYER REFUND POLICY 
I understand that the fee is based on full rosters and if my youngster cannot play or withdraws subsequently, there can be NO REFUND and the total fee is still due. The Player and The Parent acknowledge and agree that the full tuition must be paid, even when The Player voluntarily leaves The Club, or is required to leave for circumstances including injury, or should The Player be discharged from The Club for a violation of any part of the player agreement. In no case will the Player Fee be prorated for any portion of the season.

OTHER REFUND POLICY: All other refund requests must be presented within 24 hours of purchase, and must be presented to the Board of Directors for final approval.  Any such refund request must be provided in writing to info@ramaposaints.org.  

 
PRIVACY POLICY: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
  
Placement Policy: Please be assured that your place on the team will be reserved once payment is made.  This reservation will be held for the current season of play immediately upon receipt of payment.
