Squirt Minor 07 Team posts 7-0 record in 16 team AAA division on way to Championship...
The Saints Squirt minor team went up to the Kennedy Memorial Tournament in Rhode Island with one goal in mind, win the tournament and bring home the championship. This would be no easy feat as there were 16 teams in the bracket and we’d have to play 7 games in four days to make it happen. That’s exactly what the boys did winning all 7 games against teams from all over the northeast and even one from Chicago. They played as a team with great passing, strong back checking, a solid defense with of course strong goal tending to round out the effort. The hard work put in by the 2007 team this season came to fruition this weekend. They also had lots of fun playing knee hockey and just hanging out together. A great long weekend with a great ending, Champions……Congratulations Squirt Minor AAA.
